Schengen Travelers provides Schengen visa guidance, travel documentation support, appointment assistance, itinerary guidance, travel consultation, and related travel support services. We do not sell physical goods, so product return rules do not apply to our services.

Our services may include Schengen visa consultation, document checklist support, application guidance, appointment assistance, flight or hotel reservation guidance, travel insurance guidance, and general travel support.
Our role is to assist and guide clients through the process. We do not act as an embassy, consulate, visa application centre, immigration authority, airline, hotel, insurance provider, or government department.
You may cancel your service request within 14 days of booking, provided that the service has not already been started, completed, or delivered.
If you request us to begin work immediately, you acknowledge that work may start before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. In such cases, if you cancel after work has started, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the work already completed, administrative time, third-party coordination, or costs already incurred.
If the service has been fully completed within the cancellation period with your agreement, you may lose the right to cancel and receive a refund for that completed service.
Refunds may not be available for services that have already been started, completed, submitted, booked, or delivered. This may include, but is not limited to:
Visa consultation already provided, document review already completed, appointment assistance already performed, application forms prepared, itinerary or reservation support already arranged, urgent or priority service work, and administrative work already carried out by our team.
Third-party payments are also non-refundable through Schengen Travelers. These may include embassy fees, visa application centre fees, insurance charges, flight reservations, hotel bookings, courier fees, translation fees, notary fees, or any payment made to an external provider.
Schengen Travelers does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, visa processing time, or entry into any Schengen country.
All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa application centre, immigration authority, or border control authority. We are not responsible for visa refusal, delays, appointment changes, additional document requests, or decisions made by official authorities.
A visa refusal does not automatically qualify the client for a refund if the agreed service has already been provided.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must ensure that your passport details, travel dates, personal information, employment details, financial documents, and supporting documents are correct before submission.
Schengen Travelers will not be responsible for delays, refusals, cancellations, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, false, expired, or misleading information provided by the client.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us with your booking details and the reason for your request.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the status of the service, work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and the nature of the cancellation request.
Where a refund is approved, we will process it within a reasonable time using the original payment method where possible.
Appointment slots, embassy availability, visa centre schedules, and processing times are controlled by third parties. Schengen Travelers may assist with appointment guidance or booking support, but we cannot guarantee a specific appointment date or processing timeline.
If an appointment is cancelled, delayed, rescheduled, or changed by a third party, Schengen Travelers will not be responsible for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused.
